To turn on a computer,first you have to turn the power supply on,then....(1)the CPU power on,and after that press the monitor power.....(2) on.
To turn it off,first you have to click the start menu,then click"turn off"(on the bottom of the start.....(3) display),after that wait until....(4)options appear (stand by,turn off,and restart),and then click"turn off"again,and finally turn off the monitor and the power supply.
